This button will allow the user to apply a percentage discount to the entire ticket , or all items of a type on the fly. A note can be entered  to indicate the reason for the discount. Click the "OK" button when done.

 

 

Discounts may be applied to a single item or the entire ticket. If you need to apply both a ticket discount and an item discount, apply the ticket discount first.
