Service reminders allow you to automatically send a reminder to the client that the service that was originally performed is due to be performed again. Set the number of days after the original sale is completed to send a reminder on this screen. Enabling automated service reminders and customizing the message text is done on the Service Reminders screen.
Service Reminder Settings
Enter a number of days after the service is sold to send the reminder. You may enter a number in just the first reminder, just the first and second reminders, or in all three reminder fields.
