Appointment statuses are used on the Client Appointment Progress Screen to enter and track a patient's appointment progress. To create appointment statuses, hover over Schedule on the Tool Bar of Envision Cloud, hover over the Schedule Options, and select Appointment Status List from the drop down menu.
