SOAP Notes Tab

The treatment screen is available in the Medspa version of Envision Cloud.   You can upgrade your account on the Account Subscription  page.

 

The SOAP Notes tab allows you to view treatment notes. These notes are entered by selecting the Edit Treatment button in the upper right of the screen.
