Envision Cloud's marketing engine is loaded with features and capabilities.  Creating a template for your promotional emails is easy to do. You can customize templates that look like they were professionally made for you.  The extremely easy to use Merge feature allows you to create a document template that  will automatically insert your business information and the client information when sent.

 

Once a campaign has been sent, it cannot be re-sent. You must create a new campaign to send another campaign.

 

To create Email Marketing Campaigns , click on Marketing in the Tool Bar of Envision Cloud and select Email Campaigns from the drop down menu.
