Service Level Agreement

UP-TIME GUARANTEE

The AestheticNow/EnvisionNow service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at a guaranteed up-time of 99.9 %. This agreement starts on the day you begin using our service and ends on the day you cancel our service.

HOW WE MEASURE UP-TIME

Up-time is calculated every 12 months, starting on the anniversary date of the day you commence service. The calculation is as follows:

(TOTAL - UNSCHEDULED - SCHEDULED)   /  (TOTAL - SCHEDULED)

Definitions:

Total: The total number of minutes in a 12 month period.

Scheduled: The total minutes of scheduled or excluded downtime in the 12 month period.

Unscheduled: The total minutes in which our service was unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.

Items excluded from server downtime:

- Scheduled Maintenance: If our services will be down due to scheduled hardware or software maintenance, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance.

- Issues with your equipment: Your internet connection, network components, and computer or mobile device must be in proper working order to connect to the AestheticNow/EnvisionNow service.

- Any major DDOS attacks on the internet backbone outside of our control. Any "act of god", such as sudden natural disasters, that are outside of our control.

- Suspension of your account with AestheticNow/EnvisionNow.
