Return to the Calendar Overview
There are different icons that are used in the Appointment Calendar to display information about the appointment. Below is a list of the different icons:

This icon appears on the appointment when you have right clicked on top of the appointment and selected "Confirmation Sent" under Confirmation Options. |

This icon will show on appointments when the confirmation type of "Called / Left Voice Mail" is selected. |

This icon will appear on top of the appointment when a confirmation was sent to the client via SMS (Text Message). |

This icon will appear on the appointment when an email was sent as an appointment confirmation for the appointment. |

This icon appears on the appointment when you have right clicked on top of the appointment and selected "Appointment Confirmed" under Confirmation Options. This Icon will also appear when an appointment is confirmed via SMS (Text Message). |

This icon displays if you select that the client is running late. This is used if it is past time for the appointment to begin, you know the client is on their way, and you do not wish the appointment to show as a no-show. |

This icon appears on the appointment after you have right clicked on top of the appointment and selected "Check In Client". |

This icon will show on the appointment after choosing to "Begin Service". |
|
This icon will show on the appointment when the service has been completed. This is an indication for the front desk personnel that the client's services are done, or if the client has more than one provider appointment, for the client's next service provider that the client is ready for them. |

This icon appears on the appointment after you have right clicked on top of the appointment and selected "Check Out Client". |

This icon will show on any appointment that has not been checked in or checked out and it is past the appointment time. (No Show) |

This icon appears on the appointment if the client has a birthday anytime within a week of their appointment. |
|
This symbol reflects that there is either a service or a retail item entered in the Extras tab of the Schedule Appointment screen. |

This icon will appear on the appointment if the appointment was booked by the client using online booking. |
|
This icon indicates that this appointment is a Standing (or repeating) appointment. |
|
This icon indicates that the client has an active membership. |
