The PMHX tab allows display and entry of client's past medical history. Individual selections for each section are entered on the corresponding lists in Envision Cloud.
Allergies
Allergies as entered on the Allergies List will be available for selection in this section.
Meds
Medications as entered on the Medications List will be available for selection in this section.
Surgeries
Surgeries as entered on the Surgery List will be available for selection in this section.
Chronic Conditions
Conditions as entered on the Conditions List will be available for selection in this section.
